The Domino Effect is a phenomenon shown by Physics Professor, Stephen Morris in an experiment. He set up a series of dominoes (a small, rectangular object), each one bigger than the previous one, and knocked down the smallest one. The result was that the largest one also toppled over. The Domino Effect describes how one event can trigger a series of related events. We can use this analogy to understand how our group influences our attitude and behavior. The people we surround ourselves with have a powerful impact on our thoughts, actions, aspirations, and worldview. If we are part of a group that is motivated, optimistic, and kind, we will be more resilient and successful in life.
